China is a big agricultural country.At present,in the market of fresh agricultural products,the demand of consumers is becoming more and more individualized and diversified.At the same time,the requirements of logistics and distribution of agricultural products are gradually improved,which are manifested in the service quality,time and expense of logistics and distribution.To this end,the relevant departments and organizations have developed and promulgated a detailed policy of agricultural transport and have improved the transport facilities and equipment,making agricultural products in the transport between cities more efficient and systematic.When the agricultural products arrive at each destination city,the logistics of agricultural products in the city's internal distribution activities are not enough attention,that is,the last hot "logistics last mile" problem,the problem mapped to people's lives,will lead to fruit and vegetable prices high,low freshness,high rate of damage to goods,fruits and vegetables supply instability and other conditions.The research object of this paper is X company,X company is the agricultural product distribution enterprise,uses the cold chain way to distribute the agricultural product by itself,needs to invest the big cost,at the same time the company encounters many uncoordinated problems with the development in the construction distribution network,Especially in the field of agricultural products distribution,did not achieve a reasonable allocation of resources planned,resulting in waste of resources and distribution costs unrealistically high.Therefore,it is a problem for X company to solve the current problem of distribution system of X company by establishing the optimal model of cold chain logistics distribution path for agricultural products which is suitable for X company according to the current situation of distribution system of the company and considering the characteristics of agricultural product distribution,Which has important practical significance for X company.This paper combines the research results of the domestic and foreign vehicle routing problem with the actual situation of X Company,and studies the X company's agricultural product distribution route optimization.Firstly,the related theory of agricultural product distribution route is expounded and analyzed.The basic theory of agricultural product,cold chain logistics and vehicle routing problem are introduced.Secondly,we analyze the distribution system of agricultural products of X Company.In view of the unreasonable path planning of X company's agricultural product distribution,considering the distribution of X Company and the characteristics of agricultural products distribution.We have established the same start and end points velodrome,non-loaded,time window constraints with refrigerated vehicle cooling costs VRP model.The goal of this model is to minimize the total distribution cost,and to use the vehicle load,customer demand and time window as constraints.Through the use of heuristic algorithm to solve,the X company's agricultural product distribution lines to optimize.The optimal logistics and distribution of agricultural products are optimized,and the optimized distribution route is compared with the optimized distribution route,and the optimized route can improve the economic benefit of X company to a certain extent.
