Sino-Thai bilateral trade first began in the Qing Dynasty in China early in the Thai rice trade. So, Sino-Thai rice trade was the originator of the trade and logistics development in China and Thailand and the microcosm.Over the years, however, in Sino-Thai rice trade, especially Chinese imports of Thai rice only from the role of the market swap, none of the rice market of the two countries formed a greater impact, for two reasons:First, China and Thailand were the world's major rice production countries, rice production to meet the basic domestic consumer demand of the people; rice as a highly sensitive products by the Chinese government, and import export quota system, but also to import and export trade of the two rice caused a lot of limitations and constraints. For these reasons, Sino-Thai rice trade and logistics are also extremely limited and missing.January1,2010. the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area officially completed, and has also become the world's largest free trade zone among developing countries. The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, one for China and ASEAN member countries-Thailand's trade and logistics development will bring more room for development and opportunities, is bound to have a new Sino-Thai rice trade and logistics development pattern. In this paper, based on the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation broad prospects for development in the context of Sino-Thai bilateral trade, on the basis of analysis of Sino-Thai rice trade and logistics situation and existing problems, Kunming as Sino-Thai rice logistics distribution center for the research subjects and research ideas for the study of Sino-Thai rice logistics and transport routes; Study predecessors on the rice trade in Sino-Thai, Yunnan and Thailand logistics development on the basis of the logistics transportation route between Yunnan and Thailand as a research direction, and then the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the lowest overall costs of logistics and transport for the overall objective to the transport distance, transport costs, transport time for the two indicators calculated from data model, resulting in the optimal choice of routes. In this paper, work and the value is to a large number of data collection and market research to establish the scientific and practical and simple data model for Sino-Thai rice traders to provide the best transport route choice. However, due to limited knowledge and capacity in data collection and modeling, there are still some shortcomings and regret, at the end of the possible improvements in the direction of future research to further explore and study.
