| With the continuous increase of competition in the market,in order to enhance competitiveness,it is necessary for enterprises to formulate corporate strategies that match them,of which financial strategy is very critical,which will directly affect the overall strategy of enterprises.At this stage,competition between enterprises does not only exist between individual enterprises,but also between the value chains in which enterprises are located.In order to maintain strong competitiveness,enterprises should do a good job of research on the value chain.The analysis of financial strategy from the perspective of value chain can be regarded as based on the theory of value chain correlation,considering the dynamic and systematic level to study a series of financial activities in the process of enterprise operation,summarize the value-added part of the value chain,and further promote enterprises to enhance their competitiveness,help enterprises gain a foothold in competition,and provide necessary guidance for enterprise development.Hanshang Group is a well-known retail and pharmaceutical enterprise in China.Taking it as a sample to analyze the financial strategy from the perspective of value chain will help Hanshang Group stand out in the current fierce market competition.This paper takes the old enterprise Hanshang Group as a case.Firstly,it analyzes the development status of China ’s retail industry,pharmaceutical industry and other industries,and then introduces the basic development of Hanshang Group.Secondly,it analyzes the implementation of its financial strategy from two aspects of external value chain and internal value chain.In order to improve the credibility of the analysis results,this paper compares Hanshang Group with Wushang Group on several key financial indicators.The results show that from the perspective of the combination of value chain and financial strategy,Hanshang Group still has some problems in profitability,solvency,R & D investment,dividend distribution and so on.Finally,optimization suggestions and guarantee paths are proposed for these problems,in order to improve the financial strategy of Hanshang Group.Through analysis,it can be found that the introduction of the perspective of value chain in the research process of the implementation of corporate financial strategy to evaluate and analyze financial strategy from the perspective of value added plays an important role in identifying the limitations and deficiencies in financial strategy,so as to achieve better value added in the formulation and implementation of financial strategy.From the perspective of value chain,formulating a financial strategy suitable for Hanshang Group can help it complete value creation in various important links and improve its core competitiveness.It not only creates favorable conditions for its own long-term development,but also provides some inspiration and reference for other enterprises in the same industry. |
