The sharp fluctuation of profit and business performance of real estate brokers in China accelerates the flow speed of real estate brokers.According to incomplete statistics,57% of real estate agents leave their jobs every year.The accelerating flow speed of grassroots employees will increase the transaction risk of the real estate industry,reduce the service level of the industry,and have an impact on enterprises and consumers to a large extent.Therefore,real estate brokerage enterprises need to pay more attention to this problem.Therefore,under this background,this paper deeply excavates the influencing factors of the loss of grassroots employees in the real estate brokerage industry,and provides reference solutions for real estate brokerage enterprises in combination with the actual situation,which has certain practical significance for the sustainable development of the real estate industry.In this paper,BKJN company as the research object,in-depth analysis of the impact of the company’s real estate agent drain causes and corresponding measures.Firstly,based on the relevant research results at home and abroad and the field investigation of BKJN company,this paper puts forward the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the relevant research results,relevant concepts and theories,and lays the foundation for the full text research.Then,it summarizes the development status and adverse effects of the loss of real estate agents in BKJN company;Then from the perspective of two factor theory,this paper designs the corresponding questionnaire around the influencing factors of the loss of real estate agents in BKJN company,and analyzes the influencing factors of the loss of real estate agents in BKJN company.Finally,based on the theory of enterprise human resource management,referring to the current situation of the loss of real estate agents in BKJN company,this paper summarizes the factors of this phenomenon,and gives clear countermeasures.Through this study,we can see that the turnover rate of real estate agents of BKJN company is increasing year by year,from 32.23%in 2017 to 36.4%in 2019.The damages are as follows:the management cost of the enterprise is increased,the internal management order is disordered,the asset loss is serious,and the market image of the enterprise is damaged.Through the questionnaire based on the two factor theory,the results show that the loss of real estate agents is mainly affected by the promotion mechanism,assessment mechanism,welfare system and salary system.According to the survey results,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures,such as improving the internal compensation mechanism,building a reasonable welfare system,optimizing the performance appraisal system,focusing on regular training for employees,and providing more promotion opportunities for employees.In a word,through the research of this paper,it is of great significance for BKJN company to solve the problem of the loss of real estate agents,play the practical role of enterprise human resource management,and promote the sustainable development of BKJN company.
