The real estate sales agents which contact the terminal market directly is more sensitive to market demand. In the face of the rigid demand for housing, the agent is stepping into fierce competition stage. How to build the comparative advantages that belong to the estate agent enterprises themselves is the main concern every company should consider. The sales staff in the first line have the destiny and grasp the pulse of the agents, therefore they are the major factors influencing corporate profits. However, such as brain drain and the shortage of incentive problem has become the influence factors, which restrict the development of the sales agent due to its high operating costs, lead to huge economic losses.Competition is talented person’s competition in the 21st century. Talent factor was focused by more and more enterprises. Discovering that talent is on the one hand, how to retain talent, attract talent, and get them work efficiently is the other hand. Practice shows that how to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism to achieve a virtuous cycle of attracting, maintain and make full use of sales staff is the main factor to win the battle. Based on this need, this paper studies incentive theory at home and abroad, the present situation of the development of real estate agents, the specific situation of the sales staff incentive, incentive system application analysis and so on. We expect to achieve a win-win goal by incentive system based on theory. The motivation plan that after perfect not only improve the real estate agent operation, but also help to meet the demand of sales staff itself. |
