Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 around the world that began in 2019,although the International Maritime Organization(IMO)actively recommended the use of the "Operational Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic for Ship Crews" under the United Nations mechanism at that time,seafarers from all over the world After ships enter relevant international ports,they encounter several major problems such as difficulty in landing,difficulty in changing shifts,difficulty in medical treatment,and difficulty in returning home.This violates international treaties and domestic regulations,undermines the legitimate rights and interests of seafarers and decent work,and is not conducive to the logistics chain,The stability and smoothness of the supply chain and the safety of maritime traffic affect national sovereignty,economic security,social stability and industry development.In response to the phenomenon of the loss of ocean-going crew members of P Shipping Company,a questionnaire form was conducted on the employees of P Company to obtain the relevant factors that affect employees’ job satisfaction and resignation intention,and then a crew satisfaction evaluation model combining the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method was constructed.,use the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each indicator,use the TOPSIS method to calculate the distance between each alternative and the ideal solution and the negative ideal solution,quantitatively calculate the crew’s satisfaction,and then compare the crew’s satisfaction with the crew’s intention to leave Linear regression is performed on the intensity of the problem to scientifically and quantitatively help shipping companies make wise decisions in crew turnover and countermeasure research.This scientifically and quantitatively helps shipping companies make wise decisions in crew turnover and countermeasure research.Combined with the current international and domestic market background,under the supervision and guidance of policies,we will maintain a stable crew team and reduce the crew turnover rate and turnover rate,thereby further ensuring the implementation of the strategic goals of the shipping company.In summary,studying the crew turnover and countermeasures of P Shipping Company has extensive practical and academic significance,which will help improve the operational efficiency of the shipping industry,improve the crew’s career satisfaction,promote the smooth operation of global trade,and at the same time contribute to related research fields.Provide new insights and solutions.This thesis uses the above analysis method to sort out the development status and problems faced by P Shipping Company,as well as the review of crew management and maritime organization by domestic and foreign scholars,and improves the current political and economic environment,in order to establish a stable and efficient team.crew team for the purpose.In order to reduce the phenomenon of crew turnover,this article proposes to maintain the stability of the crew team by reasonably increasing employee salaries and benefits,enhancing employees’ awareness of corporate culture,skills training,and how to reasonably arrange employee rest in daily shipping operations,in order to reduce the employee turnover rate and maintain it at a relatively reasonable level,thereby promoting and increasing the return rate of the company’s own crew team.
