With the rapid development and huge scale construction of the urban rail transit in our country, It is necessary to develop a way to ensure these crews will have a reasonable and balanced working time. A deep research on the crew management mode of the urban rail transit, and to optimize the existing crew management mode, is considerable necessary. Passenger management research is focused on the evaluation and optimization of the operation system of flight, drivers driving time, and people with a continuous ratio study. In this paper, on the basis of existing research, the integrated use of experimental psychology, transportation, histology, operations research, optimization theory and other related disciplines theory method, combining theoretical research and practical application, through the simulation operation, field research, theoretical exploration, algorithm design, the optimization of urban rail transit passenger management model to conduct a comprehensive system analysis, and computer programming method is adopted to realize automation of flight attendants attendance arrangement, instead of traditional artificial scheduling.The main research idea of this paper is as follows:Firstly, this paper analyses the general theory and method of urban rail transit passenger management, including the meaning of the batch management, classification, influence factors and its organizational process and the establishment principle, etc.Secondly, through the literature and field research, analyzes the current problems of urban rail transit passenger management, find out the difference and similar foreign advanced enterprises, put forward the improvement and optimization of targets.Thirdly, according to the measured data, the simulated driving based on the relevant knowledge of experimental psychology, puts forward a basis of urban rail transit electric bus driver a continuous value multiplied by time.Fourthly, through the theoretical research, the integrated use of interdisciplinary knowledge and theoretical method, combining with the actual situation of the urban rail transit operation enterprise, put forward targeted optimization model and algorithm, and will prepare process by using the computer software realization.Fifthly, on the basis of an existing class system in urban rail transit in China, for example, look for related parameters, the results with the model, the optimization conclusion.
