| Procurement is an important component of the manufacturing supply chain, and there are many potential risks in the procurement process.Corruption is one of the high risk factors in procurement.Due to the hidden, lagging, and sensitive nature of procurement corruption, enterprises cannot effectively identify and intervene in early warning of corruption risks, which has a serious impact on their economic benefits, reputation, and social image,In order to create a sunny and transparent supply chain business cooperation environment,it is necessary to conduct an anti-corruption failure mode and impact analysis on the entire process of corruption risks in Material procurement procurement, establish a Material procurement corruption control failure database and anti-corruption countermeasures, and make it scientifically feasible for enterprises to prevent bribery and corruption in Material procurement procurement.Based on FMEA theory and methods, establish a risk control analysis method for corruption in manufacturing Material procurement procurement, identify corruption risk issues that exist in multiple stages of the Material procurement procurement process, evaluate the severity, occurrence, and detection of risks, determine the priority of risk control actions, and develop corresponding risk response measures. This article analyzes the potential corruption risks in the material procurement process of Company A,identifies the potential risks in the enterprise procurement process, and proposes corresponding risk control measures, aiming to improve the transparency and standardization of the manufacturing enterprise procurement process and reduce the occurrence of corruption problems.Based on the actual situation of manufacturing enterprises, the FMEA method is used to identify and analyze potential risks in the procurement process. The specific analysis methods are as follows:First, starting from the whole process of Material procurement procurement, failure mode analysis is carried out on the possible corruption risks in the six procurement stages of procurement demand, supplier resource development, supplier selection, procurement order fulfillment, reconciliation and payment, and supplier performance evaluation,to identify the potential risks in the procurement process.Secondly, the risk of corruption throughout the procurement process is evaluated through failure impact analysis to assess the degree of risk impact and urgency. Finally, through process standardization, risk control digitization, and risk control guarantee measures, corresponding risk control measures are proposed to effectively reduce the occurrence of corruption, improve the transparency and standardization of the enterprise procurement process, reduce the risk of favoritism and fraud in Material procurement procurement, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise itself and its upstream and downstream partners in the supply chain. The research results of this thesis indicate that the FMEA method can effectively identify and control corruption risks in the Material procurement procurement process, improve the transparency and controllability of the procurement process, reduce business risks, and provide useful reference and reference for the risk management of Material procurement procurement in manufacturing enterprises. In addition, research on procurement corruption risks should focus on identifying and measuring risks, and adjust risk management methods in a timely manner based on changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise. Finally, this thesis proposes suggestions and prospects. In future research, more advanced information technology methods can be introduced to improve the informatization level of the procurement process, thereby further enhancing the risk control capabilities of enterprises. |
