| Rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises shoulder the task of designing,manufacturing and repairing railway rolling stock,urban rail transit vehicles and other equipment.After a hundred years of development,China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises have made positive contributions to the development of China’s railways in different periods.In the new economic era of the rise of digital technologies represented by cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things,etc ? The development of China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises is facing rare opportunities and many challenges.In view of this,rail transit equipment enterprises need to join in as soon as possible to constantly build their digital capabilities and enhance their core competitiveness.Digital economy takes the use of digital information as the key element,modern information network as the important carrier,and effective use of information and communication technology as the important driving force to improve efficiency and optimize economic structure.However,due to the characteristics of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises,digital work is technically difficult,the implementation process is complex,and investment risks are high.Therefore,in order to better promote the integration of digitalization and rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises,it is necessary to establish an effective digital maturity evaluation system for manufacturing enterprises.Based on the relevant theories and methods of CMM digital maturity transformation evaluation,combined with the current development status of D Company and the development of its digital system,this thesis clarifies the necessity of its Digital transformation,and explores the problems in the process of Digital transformation of the company.Then,based on the relevant theories of digital maturity,this abstract concept is quantified into a specific digital maturity index system.Combining the development characteristics of rail transit equipment enterprises and the basic characteristics and elements of Digital transformation,the evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions:digital organization and management capability,digital technology application capability,and digital output capability,The evaluation index system for rail transit equipment enterprises has been preliminarily determined.In addition,Delphi method is used to select 30 college professional teams,enterprise managers and technicians related to Digital transformation of rail transit equipment enterprises through expert questionnaire survey,so as to determine the maturity evaluation indicators applicable to Digital transformation of rail transit equipment enterprises.Furthermore,the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to distribute importance evaluation questionnaires to 30 well-known experts from relevant universities and enterprises to determine the weight of the digital maturity evaluation index system.By analyzing the characteristics of the evolution process of Digital transformation capability of rail transit equipment enterprises,the maturity level of Digital transformation is divided.Finally,by issuing questionnaires to 96 managers and staff in the information and automation department,technology center,manufacturing department and financial department of Company D,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation indicators was carried out to determine the maturity level of Digital transformation and evaluate its Digital transformation level.It can be seen from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results that the maturity level of Digital transformation of D Company is upgrading.From the maturity evaluation results of the first level indicators,the digital organization management ability score is the lowest;From the perspective of digital maturity of secondary indicators,the maturity scores of organizational structure,organizational strategy,comprehensive integration ability,and comprehensive benefits are the lowest in order.On this basis,we will make targeted adjustments and improvements to the weak links in the enterprise’s Digital transformation to ensure that the enterprise successfully completes Digital transformation. |
