Research On Project Management Maturity Of Project Company In Real Estate

Project management originated from the United States in the latter part of the Second World War. After decades of been researched and practiced by scholars from various countries, project management has formatted a fairly impeccable theory network. As in our country, the late introduction of the theory led to the poor practical application. It is the focus and the hotspot that scholars in china use project management maturity model which was introduced from aboard and combined with features of enterprises to direct day-to-day production and operation.The project management maturity model of real estate enterprise was built by full theoretical analysis and realistic research, the creation of the model also combined the characteristics of the real estate enterprise with advanced project management maturity model. The model is divided into three dimensions, which are process dimension, grades dimension and areas of knowledge dimension. The one-class and second-class indexes contained in the model was used to evaluate the project management ability of the company as well as give suggestions on how to improve the ability. The techniques used in the article are questionnaire surveys, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach.The innovation of this paper are:(1) Build three dimensions project management maturity model of real estate enterprise by using accessible way. Besides, the establishment of the model is on the basis of the researches done by scholars around the world and considered the characteristic of the real estate industry.(2)Added "corporate culture management" factor to the area knowledge dimension, make relatively invisible, qualitative indicators quantify.(3) The technique used in the article are questionnaire surveys, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach.
