Study On The Industry Technology Roadmaps

Promoted by social needs and paradoxical movement,technology commences and develops,and its improvement displays its regularity on the external behavior due to its internal micro mechanism.Focusing on the demands of the market economy,researches and formulation of the industry technology roadmaps explore the internal recessive relationship of the micro mechanism of technological development,and make it dominant with simple module and line on the time dimension.By outlining the steps of the technological variation or the logical relationship of different technology links,the industry technology roadmaps do systematic researches on the demands of the markets,the development of technology and its basis of research and development with the deconstruct and reconstruction of the causal connection and interaction between the technology and its environment in the future.Under the brainstorm prediction of the present optimal path of industrial technology development,the roadmaps will give a clear picture of the developmental trends and goals of the industry,which are needed for the key technology,and the relationship between products and its technology for the users.They will guide people to appropriately allocate the limited resources,and to solve the urgent technological and scientific problems in the economic development.Based on the references home and abroad,this paper firstly makes a literature review on the definition,divisions,types,formulation,significance and the practice of industrial technology roadmaps in some countries.Secondly,from the view points of the history of science and technology and the philosophy of science,it explores the theoretic basis and some basic principles of how to set technological roadmaps. Moreover,this paper studies the process of formulating the industrial technology roadmaps,analyzes the important steps of the process,and basically answer the question that how to set the industrial technology roadmaps.Because the author has taken part in the whole process of formulating industrial technology roadmaps of semiconductor lighting in the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development,focusing on the analysis of several crucial problems in the process of practice,this paper puts forward the author's own opinions and methods of solving problems.With the example of the researches of the industry technology roadmaps of PET of Shanghai region which is being carried out by the author,this paper also comes out with some difficulties which needs further study.Besides,this paper discusses the relationship between the industrial technology roadmaps and the industrial technology innovation,features and its significant roles they play in the process of industrial technology innovation.In the end,this paper talks about the research limitations and future work plan.Following the research train of thought of "What the industry technology roadmaps are;what the theoretical basis of industrial technology roadmaps is;how to formulate industrial technology roadmaps;and how to design industry technology roadmaps well",this paper makes deep research on the industry technology roadmaps with theories and practice.
