Clinical Research On Internal Secretion And Immunity Regulation Of Habitual Abortion In Gestational Prophase With Kang Yun An Tai Yin

Based on the present state of habitual abortion treated with western medicine and traditional Chinesemedicine (TCM), th e thesis summed up the clinical experience of Professor WANG Xiu-xia who treated the habitual abortion with Kangsun Antai Yin in progestationa1 continuing three months and gestational later period.The 71 patiens with habitual abortion in gestational prophase were observed,at the same time,the controlled group which used westernmedicin,e(duolima).The results showed that Kangsun Antai Yin can markedly ameliorate the main symptom and the total effective rate was 86.11 %.By detecting progestogen in peripheral blood , blocking effect of blocking antibody, THi cytokine IL-2 and TH2 cytokine IL-10 in pretreatment and post-1 reatment, the results showed that Kangsun Antai Yin had the better action in regulating internal secretion , its effect was similar to the controlled group.In raising the blocking effect of blocking antibody and the content of IL-10, and decreasing the content of IL-2 in serum,its effect was better than the controlled group.The results illustrated that Kangsun Antai Yin achieved the Tocolyis action by regulatinginternal secretion as a whole.
