Sustainable Development Of The Social Action System

The strategy of sustainable development is a basic strategy of development for many present countries, which include China. Any strategy should be carried out by a certain action subject. For the strategy of sustainable development, the practical subject is the very social action system of sustainable development. To build up and improve the action system is the key to the fulfillment of the strategy of sustainable development. From this starting point, this dissertation, in the level of social philosophy and from the perspective of wholeness, has developed its research to the action system. The dissertation consists of 8 chapters.Chapter 1 has examined the formation and development of the social action system of sustainable development from the historical perspective. The social action system of sustainable development makes shape and develops itself gradually from the. social practices of sustainable development in every country. The social action of sustainable development is initially sponsored by a certain individuals, and then all these individual actions are to be integrated gradually into a whole mutual social force. The force has promoted the systematic development of the social action of the sustainable development in the end.Chapter 2 has analyzed the basic qualitative definition and characterization of the social action system of sustainable development. Firstly, about the qualitative definition, the social action system of sustainable development has the following two implications: its function and the way it works in. On its function, it means the social organization and management system, or the complex human-nature-society hyper-system. On the way it works in, it means the non-linearity mutual action system evolving around purpose, criterion, action and anticipation between subject and object and between subjects. Secondly, on its characteristic, the social action system of sustainable development is an organic system that exerts such functions as planning, organizing and controlling, a grading order structure that controlled by information, a dynamic process that fluctuates between order and non-order, an open system that exchanges information, substance and energy. The social action system of sustainable development is formed in the whole social system, permeates all levels of social system, and embodies in all the effects of the subsystems of the social system.Chapter 3 has analyzed the social functions of the social action system of sustainable development. The functions of the social action system of sustainable development embody mainly in the following: to alleviate the ever-intensifying conflict between human being and the nature through readjusting the all kinds of relations between humans in the environmental resources. And these kinds of adjustment of relations between humans can lead to the changes of society in economy, politics and culture, etc. The changes include the following: how to induct the model of economic growth to change itself; how to change the relations of social communication on the base of adjusting production relations; how to promote the formation of a new culture system which is in favor of the harmonious development between human and the nature.The functions of any system are determined by its structure.
