Backgroud:Hypertension is one common cardiovscular diseases with about 160 million hypertension patients in China.The number of dead in hypertension and cardiovascular disease is 41%of the total dead every year.Morbidity rate of hypertension is obviously riseing tendency.But realize rate,healing rate and control rate is still low.It is unknown that the mechanism and realize rate,healing rate and control rateof hypertension of aged high-technology personnel of army.Objectives:1.To investigate the realize rate,healing rate and control rate of hypertension of aged high-technology personnel of army.2.To find out the change of organism and histology of stress hypertension animal model in different times(2weeks, 4weeks and 6weeks).3.To find out the oxidative stress mechanism of stress hypertension animal model in different times(2weeks,4weeks and 6weeks).Material and methods:This study includes clinical reseach and basic reseach.Clinical reseach:1.10,267 aged patients with hypertension of high-technology personnel of army from 2003 to 2007 were observed.2.To record the case history,body height, body weight,heart rate,blood pressure and exam biochemical indicator.Basic reseach:1.To build-up hypertensive model.Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups made by 2K1C group,2K1C plus noise group and control group.2.Systolic blood pressure(SBP) was measured by the tail-cuff method at 2,4,6 weeks.3.Blood was collected from inferior vena.4.To take heart,arteriae aorta,left and right kidney,liver,spleen for pathological study.5.To assay NO,NOS,MDA,GSH-PX and SOD in the blood serum.6.All slices were stained by H.E.to pathological study.Results:Clinical reseach:1.Blood pressure was higher in hypertensive patients than that in controls(p< 0.01)No difference from age,sex,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and GLU(p>0.05).But HDL/TG had statistical significance compared with other risk factors.UA and Cr were consistent with CCR.The morbidity was 56.79%,57.72%,56.52%,54.43% and 55.81%in 5 years.The realize rate was 79.75%,78.68%,82.19%,86.07% and 84.20%.The control rate was 28.58%,29.66%,33.44%,39.88%and 41.14%.Basic reseach:1.After 2K1C surgery for 4 weeks,SBP in RH rat increased progressively,and significantly high at 6 weeks.There weren't observed hyperplasia of heart muscle fiber and matrix in histology at two groups in different times(2,4,6 weeks). Vascular remodeling is found in 2K1C plus noise group from 4weeks and 2K1C group from 6 weeks.2.There weren't significantly deviation in NO,NOS,MDA in different groups in different times.The amount of SOD was degressed at 4 weeks in 2K1C group(p<0.01).The amount of SOD was obviously degressed at 6 weeks in both groups,but no significant deviation between two groups(p > 0.05). The vigor of GSH-PX was all degressed and then upgraded at 2,4,6 weeks,but no significant deviation between two groups(p > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The morbidity of hypertension of aged high-technology personnel of army was degressed slightly in 5 years(p>0.05).The realize rate was incressed(p<0.05). The control rate was comparatively large elevated(p<0.01).2.HDL/TG was possiblely evaluated factor of the incident of cardiovascular disease.3.UA and Cr were consistent with CCR.4.SBP in RH rat increased progressively and significantly high at 6 weeks,especially in 2K1C plus noise group.5.Heart remodeling wasn't founded in histology study.Vascular remodeling was early appeared in 2K1C plus noise group than 2K1C group(4 weeks vs 6 weeks).6. Oxidative stress was occurred in vivo.NO could be keeped by compensated mechanism in early hypertension.7.In early hypertension,oxidativ stress was weak in nerve factor group than no nerve factor group.After hypertension formed, the damage of oxidative stress was quickly enhanced and no diffrence in both groups.8.In early hypertension,the conservation of membrane structure and telotism by GSH-PX was inhibited.After oxidative stress was actived,the vigor of GSH-PX was incressed no matter nerve factor or no.
