In this paper, through the statistics of all accidents happened in the Kailuan since itwas constructed, A new hazard pyramid, comply with the safety features of our coalmine enterprises, were summrised based on Adams Smith and Kitagawa Tetsumiaccident causing theory. According to the relative project, JHA method, FMEA methodand HAZOP method were applied to Xinghua Coal Mine for its risk identification,summing up more than8000risks. Then, using the new accident pyramid combinedwith the improved LECM method to establish a set of evaluation system of coal mine,the basis for the establishment of risk management system in coal mine. The riskmanagement system into the closed-loop management and process management concept,build the coal mine hidden closed-loop management system based on processmanagement, on this basis, research, development, design a set of hidden danger in coalmine closed loop management information system. The system was applied in XinghuaCoal Mine safety management practice, and achieved good results. Finally, this paperuses analytical hierarchy to evaluate the risk conditions of the mine, the application ofSPA method based on improved Markov chain for the mine safety rectification effectwas predicted, proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the system once again.
