| ObjectiveIn this study, by former conditioning+acupuncture Guanyuan Sanyinjiao Moxibution Shenque and simple check against acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea menstrual Clinical Efficacy. Observation premenstrual conditioning acupuncture for improving the role of primary dysmenorrhea dysmenorrhea patients, provide some clinical data is conditioned before the treatment of dysmenorrhea, in order to better expand the foundation of acupuncture for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods80 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into â… control group (no treatment group),â…¡ drug group (Ibuprophen group), â…¢ group (menstruation acupuncture group), IV test group (premenstrual conditioning group) 20 cases, I group without treatment, â…¡ group was given orally effective dose Fenbid, â…¢ group menstruation syndrome given acupuncture treatment, IV group was given by the previous week+acupuncture Guanyuan Sanyinjiao Moxibution Shenque menstrual syndrome given acupuncture treatment. Interventional observed before treatment and three months after intervention dysmenorrhea menstrual cycle COX rating scale (The Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale) changes and use:visual analog scale (Visual Analogue Scale, VAS) score for pain in patients with grade taken, and TCM symptom evaluation criteria were compared among the four groups.ResultsThe study collected dysmenorrhea cases 135 cases, of which 80 cases met the inclusion criteria were studied. Press the center were randomly divided into blank control group, drug group (Ibuprophen group) and control group (dialectical therapy group), the experimental group (conditioned by the former group), eventually falling for various reasons, lost a total of 6 patients cases, the final number of patients in each group:control group of 17 patients, the drug control group (Ibuprophen group) 19 patients in the control group (syndrome treatment group) 19 cases, the experimental group (conditioned by the former group) 19 cases. Blank control group aged 18-29 years, drug group aged 18-28 years,18-28 years of age in the control group, the experimental group aged 18-30 years, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) four groups of age, with comparable sex. Blank control group duration 2-8 years, drug group course 1-7 years, the control group duration 1.5-7.5 years, the test group duration of 2-8.5 years, by one-way ANOVA, four groups of treatment before symptoms of dysmenorrhea total frequency evaluation Total points and evaluate the severity scores showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Univariate analysis of variance, four groups before treatment showed no significant difference in VAS scores (P> 0.05), comparable. Drug group, the control group, the experimental group during the treatment period of three drug control section 18 entries had a downward trend Experimental group (conditioning group), by analysis of variance, abdominal pain, back pain, diarrhea symptoms in the three first, second and after the third treatment, the symptoms of dysmenorrhea total frequency compared with that before treatment, decreased significantly (P<0.05), drug group can obviously improve the above three symptoms. Drug group, the control group during the treatment period of three drug control section 18 entries had a downward trend, abdominal pain, diarrhea, two symptoms in the first, second and third treatment, symptoms of dysmenorrhea total frequency compared with that before treatment, decreased significantly (P<0.05), the data are not listed. Compared with the control group, drug group, the control group the experimental group can significantly reduce the frequency of dysmenorrhea (P<0.05), with the test group best effect. Drug group, the control group, the experimental group compared to the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). The test group and the highest recovery efficiency significantly. The test group with the control group, drug group, the control group, TCM syndrome effect difference was significant (P<0.05)ConclusionsPremenstrual conditioning acupuncture for patients with primary dysmenorrhea have a good degree of improvement. |
