The Research On The Rules Of Herbal Administration And Systematic Review Of External Therapy Of Chinese Medicine For Infertility

Objective:1.We comprehensively searched and sorted out the ancient and modern literature on external treatment of infertility,and deeply summarized the rule of external treatment of infertility,in order to provide a basis for the further application of external treatment of infertility.2.The aim of this study was to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on infertility.Methods:1.Study on medication regularity:We used the China CNKI database,VIP database,Chinese biomedical database,Wanfang database for modern literature retrieval,and ancient Chinese medical classics for the source of ancient literature retrieval.We summed up the medication regularity of external treatment of infertility through the retrieval,statistics,induction and analysis of relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infertility.2.Systematic review:We comprehensively searched through China CNKI database,VIP database,Chinese biomedical database,Wanfang database,PubMed and Cochrane library of infertility treatment literature for nearly 15 years,according to standard strictly screened randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese external treatment of infertility,by Review Manager 5.2 software for systematic evaluation.Results:1.Study on medication regularity(1)A total of 29 ancient external treatment agents on infertility were retrieved,involving 135 kinds of drugs,the cumulative total of 316 times.The total of 16 species were used more than 5 times,in which the frequency of medication,from high to low as Shexiang,Dingxiang,Fuzi,Huajiao,Xixin,Rougui,Baizhi,Danggui,Shechuangzi,Zaojia,Baifan,Wu Zhuyu,Ruxiang,Muxiang,Chenxiang,Liuhuang.(2)A total of 326 external treatment agents on tubal obstructive infertility,involving 204 kinds of drugs,the cumulative total of 3259 times were reviewed,up to 19 kinds of medication were used more than 50 times,in which the frequency of medication from high to low as Ezhu,Chishao,Sanling,Baijiangcao,Danshen,Daxueteng,Danggui,Pugongying,Zaojiangci,Lulutong,Taoren,Honghua,Ruxiang,Moyao,Chuanshanjia,Guizhi,Yanhusuo,Chuanxiong,Tougucao.(3)We retrieved a total of 22 anovulatory infertility treatment agents,involving 79 kinds of drugs for the cumulative total of 192 times,up to 16 kinds of medication were used more than 4 times,in which the frequency of medication from high to low as Danggui,Chuanxiong,Huajiao,Bajitian,medlar,Gouqi,Baishao,Fuzi,Huangqi,Tusizi,Yangyinhuo,Shanyao,Shanzhuyu,Shudihuang,Xixin,Xiangfu,Xiaohuixiang.2.Systematic evaluationA total of 33 articles were included,involving 3277 cases,among which 29 literatures were of low quality,and 4 of high quality.We basically affirmed the effect of infertility treatment with Chinese medicine external therapy through the Meta analysis.The funnel plot analysis which the number is greater than the 5 was not symmetrical,suggesting that there might be publication bias.Conclusions:1.Infertility external treatment was based on syndrome differentiation,as channels and collaterals-dredging drugs and pore-opening drugs were commonly used as guiding drugs in prescription,warm and aromatic products were ingeniously used for drug absorption and promoting blood circulation,and powerful or raw materials were mostly chose for improving the efficacy.2.The warm drugs,tonic drugs,Jiebiao drugs were most commonly used in ancient external treatment of infertility.Dingxiang,Danggui,Shexiang were most frequently used.Muxiang-Chenxiang-Dingxiang-Fuzi,Liuhuang-Ruxiang-Shechuangzi-Baifan,Rougui-Wuzhuyu,Xixin-Zaojia-Danggui were commonly used in ancient infertility external treatment in compatibility.In terms of drug properties,warm drugs,hot drugs,especially the warm drugs were mostly used in the majority.The Acrid,bitter,sweet drugs were most frequently used.The Spleen Meridian and Kidney Meridian were mostly used in drug tropism.3.Blood-activating and stasis-dissolving drugs were most commonly used in fallopian tube obstruction infertility treatment.Eshu was most frequently used.Ruxiang-Moyao,Honghua-Tougucao-Yanhusuo-Chuanxiong-Guizhi-Taoren-Danggui,Sanlin-Ezhu,Baijiangcao-Daxueteng-Pugongying-Chuanshanjia-Lulutong-Zaojiaoci-Danshen-Chishao were commonly used in drug compatibility of fallopian tube obstruction infertility treatment.In terms of drug properties,warm drugs were mostly used in the majority.The Acrid,bitter drugs were most frequently used.The Liver meridian,Heart meridian and Spleen Meridian were mostly used in drug tropism.4.Reinforcing drugs,warming drugs,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs were most commonly used in anovulatory infertility treatment drugs:Danggui was most frequently used;Shanzhuyu-Shudihuang-Baishao-Tusizi-Gouqi-Shanyao-Bajitian,Danggui-Huangqi,Chuanxiong-Xixin,Xiangfu-Xiaohuixiang-Fuzi-Huajiao-Yangyinhuo were commonly used in anovulatory infertility external treatment in drug compatibility.In terms of drug properties,warm drugs were mostly used in the majority.The acrid,sweet drugs were most frequently used.The Liver meridian,Kidney meridian and Spleen Meridian were mostly used in drug tropism.5.The systematic review of literature showed that the treatment of' fallopian tube obstruction infertility with external therapy of Chinese medicine,treatment of anovulation infertility were curative effective,there was no evidence of significant adverse reactions.But the methods of randomized controlled trials were of poor quality with potential publication bias,the clinical efficacy and safety need to be confirmed by high-quality multi center randomized controlled trials based on large sample data in the future.
