Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Regulating Energy and Revolving Stasis Capsule, we did some more systematic observation and research as physics and chemistry index, medicine mechanism, unhealthy responses, to offer scientific basis and security certification for new Chinese medicine to cure womb myoma.Method:One hundred myoma patients were researched and observed by the manner of multicentric, random sampling, double blind control method, then divided into two teams. Fifty patients are treatment team and the other fifty patients which take Guizi Fuling pills as the comparative team.Security index observation:General physical examination, routine cheekup of blood, urine and excrement, the functional checkup of heart, liver and kidney; Treatment efficacy index:Clinical symptom, gynaecology ultrasonic examination, hemoglobin (Hb); Red blood corpuscles(RBC), Blood platelet numeration(PLT), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), Pregnenolone(P), testosterone (T) level; Unhealthy responses observation and correspondence of the patients.Results: 1. Comprehensive efficacy: tangible results:66%, total efficacy:92% there is no notable differences with comparative team (P>0.05);2. Chinese medicine symptom efficacy: tangible results:60%, total efficacy:92%, there is no notable differences with comparative team(P>0.05);3. Remarkbly minified womb myoma tumor, there's remarkable differences after treatment period (P<0.01), there's no notable differences with comparative team (P>0.05)4. The capsule increase the patients'content of hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood corpuscles(RBC), improve the anaemia situation, there's remarkable differences after treatment acceptance. (P<0.01), there's no notable differences with comparative team (P>0.05);5. The medicine is notably able to decrease estradiol (E2) and pregnenolone (P) level, through negative feedback to raise patients'chaos of reproductive axis, to and just sexual hormone level. Inhibit the growth of womb myoma tumor, there's remarkable differences with treatment acceptance later and before none treatment(P<0.01), there's no notable differences with comparative team (P>0.05);6. Security observation:Except one patient which accepted treatment was found functional damage on liver, and was checked it caused by type B Hepatitis later, the rest patients are not found any functional damage on heart, liver, and kidney or abnormal blood. During care period, there are three patients showed nausea response, and there's no patient ended treatment for toxic side effect. After ninety days treatment acceptance all the above symptoms were vanished automatically.7. Correspondence of patients:Twenty-five patients of treatment team were follow-up regularly after medicine termination, only three of them showed menstruation postponement or frequent menstruation, the others are all normal.Conclusion:1. We can see outstanding efficacy of the medicine to regulate energy and blood, resolving stasis and hemostasia to get the patient not to anaemia then all the diseases are improved;2. The medicine improved the chaos of reproductive axis and adjusted sexual hormone level through the way of decreasing E2, P level, increasing FSH and LH level through negative feedback and then to inhibite the growth of myoma tumor.3. There's not any toxic side effect and unhealthy response, the medicine is portability for patents themselves.
