Open-pit mining is affected by the shape of the mining right boundary,occurrence conditions the of coal seam,land expropriation and topographical features,and the mining boundary is often irregular in shape,especially the saw-tooth shape.The alternation of convex and concave slope at the end of irregular boundary makes it very difficult to design the shape of the end slope,the shape design of the main road of the end slope transportation,the division of mining area,the planning of production capacity,the dynamic control of the thrust strength of the work slope,the stable continuity of production capacity and the balance of stripping and discharging.Therefore,it is of great guiding significance to study the shape design of the method the of convex and concave slope with irregular boundary,the control relationship between the length of productivity working line and the propulsion strength,and the stripping and discharging equilibrium method for the planning and design of open-pit mining and the dynamic control of the development of stripping and discharging engineering in production.In this dissertation,on the premise of analyzing the influence factors of irregular boundary on end-slope shape and transportation road shape design,through theoretical derivation and threedimensional numerical simulation,the influence rules of convexe-concave slope shape,convexeconcave curvature,convexe-concave slope turning radius and turning mode on slope stability are revealed.The design method of stope end slope shape and main road of end slope transportation in open-pit mine with irregular boundary is proposed.Analyzed the complex coal seam irregular boundary strength of mining width,and promote the influence on capacity,set up production line length efforts to promote the dynamic relationship between the intensity model,put forward the adaptive dynamic line length calculation method and composite coal seam irregular realm of openpit mine production planning method,reveals the line length of efforts to promote strength at work to help promote the process of evolution,The control method of stope side advance degree in irregular boundary open-pit mine is put forward.This dissertation analyzes the disequilibrium phenomenon of stripping and discharging caused by the large fluctuation of inner discharging space with the advance of stripping and mining.The stripping relationship curve of the whole life cycle of the open-pit mine is drawn,and the variation law of the stripping amount and the space release of the discharge in the whole life cycle of the open-pit mine with irregular boundary is revealed.A dynamic optimal control method of dump height and stripping balance in the whole life cycle of open-pit mine is proposed.Taking Baorixile Open-pit Mine as an example,the shape parameters of irregular boundary slope in the south side of the third mining area and the main road of end-wall transportation were determined,the mining area was divided,the productivity was planned,the dynamic relationship model between the length of productivity working line and the propulsion intensity was established,and the control method of stope working line propulsion degree was given.And the dynamic optimal control method of dump height and stripping balance in the whole life cycle of the mine.There are 165 figures,33 tables and 120 references in this dissertation.
