Study On The Fangzheng Of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang

Objectives:Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang is a Jingfang with clinical application norms.According to modern literature reports,combined with Professor Huang Huang’s clinical medical cases,this paper summarizes the Fangzheng and application rules of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang,objectively evaluates and analyzes the theoretical knowledge,and from the perspective of clinical application,discovers the association and application basis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang with diseases,symptoms,and population characteristics by using visualization methods,so as to improve the safety and effectiveness of clinical application.Methods:295 modern and contemporary literatures of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang were standardized and sorted out in combination with 120 medical cases of Professor Huang Huang,using "natural language processing" to extract information,using visualization methods such as Meta analysis and association rules to conduct in-depth research on applicable diseases,applicable symptoms and population characteristics,and to analyze the information such as curative effect,difference and relevance.Excavate the application rules of Fangzheng,draw new ideas from them,and demonstrate them.Results:The main pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang was the disorder of Shaoyang pivot,with the patterns of body fluid deficiency,qi depression and cold and heat intermingled.This formula has a very wide range of applications,as follows.1)Population characteristics:Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang is more common in women,the onset is mostly in the 30-39 years old,more frequent in spring,medium-sized or thin body,yellow or reddish face.In clinical practice,body seems to have deficiencies,such as pale complexion,white skin,dry skin,thinning hair,or haggard expression,but see anxiety,such as frowning,frequent blinking and fast speech,and their nutritional status is not poor,such as bright eyes,red lips and thick eyebrows etc;the pulse is wiry,slippery and thready;the tongue is red with greasy coating,or pale with thin and white coating;the pharynx is red;the most prominent feature of abdominal examination is umbilical jump,which may be accompanied by abdominal tenderness,water sound in the stomach,or abdominal pressure,discomfort on pressure in the upper abdomen and pressure pain in the gallbladder area.Life is mostly due to emotional disorders,anxiety,stress,fatigue,colds or improper diet and other experiences,which can easily lead to the following symptoms or diseases2)Applicable symptoms:Symptoms of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang show anxiety,impatience,irritability,chest distress,shortness of breath,or hypochondriac distension and pain,vexation,nervousness and palpitation;general appetite,or stomach distension,belching,or abdominal distension,abdominal pain,sometimes nausea with desire to vomit;diarrhea or loose stool or unformed stool;there is fear of cold with cold extremities,but sweating easily,sweaty hands and feet,dry mouth and bitter mouth,which is more serious when tired,and drinking water does not relieve the thirst;normally busy life,easy to suffer from shoulder pain,waist soreness and discomfort,fatigue,dizziness,headache,tinnitus,lower limb weakness,and even lower limb edema;although tired,it is difficult to fall asleep,dreaminess and easy to wake up;rash may be seen as itching or pustules;women may see scanty menstruation with dark color,premenstrual breast swelling and pain.Fever and aversion to cold are seen in acute diseases,see applicable diseases.3)Applicable diseases:Common diseases for the population of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang include neuropsychic diseases such as anxiety and insomnia;digestive system diseases such as chronic gastritis,hepatitis,hepatic cyst,cirrhosis,cholecystitis and irritable bowel syndrome;circulatory system diseases such as hypertension,coronary artery disease and premature beats;endocrine system diseases including diabetes,hyperthyroidism and thyroid nodules;gynecological diseases such as perimenopausal syndrome and uterine fibroids;dermatological diseases such as acne and chronic urticaria;respiratory diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis,pleurisy,bronchitis and pulmonary nodules;surgical diseases such as hyperplasia of mammary glands and lymphadenopathy;ENT diseases such as Meniere’s disease,chronic rhinitis and chronic pharyngitis;motor system diseases such as knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation and cervical spondylosis;others are cold,nephritis,anemia,etc.Conclusion:Clarify the Fangzheng of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang as well as the application rules,conduct in-depth research and summary on applicable diseases,applicable symptoms and population characteristics,and find that there is a close relationship between diseases,diseases and symptoms,diseases and population characteristics,symptoms and population characteristics in the Fangzheng after statistical analysis.Its rules mainly focus on the spirit,head and face,chest and abdomen,and mastering the three aspects of thinking for initial observation,listening,inquiry and palpation can improve the speed of clinical diagnosis and treatment.In addition,this paper also points out that "Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang Syndrome" is a fatigue state caused by the superposition of psychological fatigue,physical fatigue and gastrointestinal fatigue,which is related to autonomic nerve(autonomic nerve function).The four main symptoms are vexation,sweating,loose stools and thirst,often accompanied by insomnia,nervousness,palpitation,fear of heat and bitter taste in the mouth;the population is characterized by anxiety(such as fast speech,frequent blinking and frowning),irritability and blushing;abdominal examination is characterized by abdominal aorta pulsation(umbilical jump);suffering from two or more diseases at the same time,commonly seen in the digestive system diseases,mental and neurological diseases,circulatory system diseases and endocrine system diseases,can be diagnosed successively or simultaneously.This study also confirms that Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang is a commonly used formula for Shaoyang disease,in which the pathogenic factors are trapped in half the exterior and half the interior,Shaoyang pivot is in disorder with qi stagnation,Yang qi cannot disperse and transform,affecting the transportation and transformation of triple energizer,water channels are not regulated,and body fluid cannot be distributed normally,which can lead to body fluid deficiency or water retention stagnating in the interior,and at the same time,long-term stagnation turns into heat,resulting in cold and heat intermingled manifestations such as upper heat and lower cold,internal heat and external cold.In addition,based on the results of the study,the significance of the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases(Shang Han Lun),medical cases,modified Chinese herbs,etiology and pathogenesis,and formula identification are discussed.
