Research On The Pathogenesis And Syndlrome Principle Of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang

Objective:This graduation thesis research theory and syndrome through two aspects of literature and clinical,in order to explore Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang’ mechanism of pathogenesis and syndrome principle.Methods:First,this graduation thesis discuss Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang’regulation of diagnosis and treatment through information retrieval,and focus on the analysis of ancient and modern physicians exposition.Then,collecting the clinical brucellosis cases of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang,and analysising statisticai frequency about sex,age,symptoms,tongue pictures,pulse tracings,Chinese and western medicine,the frequency of drug use,the plused or reduced Chinese medicine and so on.Excavating syndrome principle of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang from the angel of formula and syndrome.Results:(1)Document Research:Through looking up the Chinese CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,we can get 81 literatures about Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang’mechanism pathogenesis.The doctors of successive ages expound the mechanism pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang from different angles,for example six channels,eight principles,zang-fu organs and so on.These opinions mainly including:Shaoyang disease and exterior syndrome;and damage to fluid;and retained fluid;gallbladder heat and spleen cold;qi stagnation and phlegm depressed emotion;intertwist of cold with heat and upper heat and lower cold etc.Among,gallbladder heat and spleen cold is approved by most doctors,then Shaoyang disease and damage to fluid is the second approved.(2)Clinical Research:According to date-mining analysis,the results display:(1)In the85 clinical brucellosis cases of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang,the patients with sex ratio is1:1.93,the female is higher than male;(2)The age distribution of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang is more extensive,40-50 years old is the most,they account for 28%;(3)The main symptoms of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang are bitter taste,poor appetive and dry mouth,the frequency of which is 44.7%,42.4% and 36.5%,other symptoms of high frequency are abdominal distension,cough,loose stool,palpitation,sweating,acne and breast mass;(4)About the tongues,the pale tongues account for the total number of tongues34.2%,whitish fur account for the total number furred tongues 47.1%.So,the pale tongues and whitish fur are the main tongues;(5)About the pulse conditions,wiry pulses are the most in single pulses,they accounts for 69.6%.The deep thready slippery pulses are the most in composite pulse condition,they account for 37.1%;(6)The plused Chinese medicines involve 13 kinds,each plused Chinese medicines are average used 10.04 times.The mainly plused medicine kinds are drugs for restoring vilal energy,heat-clearing drugs,blood-quickening stasis-transforming drugs,damp-clearing drugs etc.In the top three of the plused medicines are Fuling,Baizhu,Jiangbanxia.Conclusion:(1)Document Research:The mechanism of pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang have different opinions.In these conteoverse,gallbladder heat and spleen cold is approved by most doctors,then Shaoyang disease and damage to fluid is the second approved.(2)Clinical Research:(1)From the general situation,men and women are applicable,and not relevant with age,and the patients are middle-aged women.(2)From the main syndrome,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang are widely used in clinic.The spleen-stomach diseases are the most,and involved in the heart,lung,liver-gallbladder diseases and surgical diseases.(3)About the pulses and symptoms,the main symptoms of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang are bitter taste,poor appetive and dry mouth.The main tongues are pale tongues and whitish fur.The main pulse conditions are wiry pulses and deep pulses.(4)The main plused Chinese medicines are Fuling,Baizhu,Jiangbanxia,Dangshen etc,and Fuling with Baizhu is the highest compatibility rate,it mainly used in the treatment of poor appetive,abdominal distension,loose stool;The mainly plused medicine kinds are drugs for restoring vilal energy,heat-clearing drugs,blood-quickening stasis-transforming drugs,damp-clearing drugs etc.
