Design And Implementation Of Digital Garden Based On GIS

Nowadays, the rapid development of GIS, RS and GPS has made them used in many various fields. Especially, for the urban planning, urban construction, and urban management, the application of 3S technologies have far-reaching impact. There are a lot of advantages in managing Landscape Garden with 3S technologies including the visualization of landscape data, the refinement of management, and promptly founding the data's rules and trends. The combination of the GIS and remote sensing can achieve the dynamic monitoring of landscape. Furthermore, the integration of 3S technologies and other information technology can make the management of landscape more and more scientific.In this paper, the principle of"digital landscape"design, database design and the application system have been studied. The mains are as follows:1. The ideas and principles of"digital landscape"are brought forward. The"foundation sharing and profession decentralizing"mode is built in order to provide the"on-line sharing"services of basic geographic data and achieve data exchange among the different servers. The basic geographic data (such as topographic maps, image maps and so on) is mainly from the foundation geographic information database and the professional data (such as gardens'data) is from their own landscape management. This two different data can be integrated seamlessly in the application system.2. The different types of landscape feature database modeling methods are studied. The standards for information classification and coding system of the"digital landscape"are built in order to achieve the management and update of the digital landscape database.3,This paper analyzes and studies data sharing and integration technology,which is important to"digital landscape",including the technology of"foundation sharing and profession decentralizing"mode, the technology of landscape garden data integration, the technology of 3S technology used in landscape field.4. This paper studies and designs the technological environment, the overall framework, the functions and the safety of"digital landscape"system. Many query and analysis functions are put forward, which are suitable for the landscaping. And the"digital landscape"application system is built.This paper has important theoretical significance and application value for improving the accuracy of landscaping information and the management level of urban landscaping.
