Design And Implementation Of Geo-spatial Data Sharing Platform In Xinglong County

In the case of the tide of information sweeping across the globe,geographic information and computer technology are widely used in urban construction,while the construction of digital city is in full swing,and there are many successful cases.As a typical representative of the deep breathing town in China,in recent years,the urbanization process in Xinglong County has been developing rapidly.Meanwhile,the urban population has increased significantly,and the rate of urbanization has been increasing.However,the existing urban management tools are relatively backward,which can not meet the needs of urban development in Xinglong County,and the problem of urban management is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,it is imperative to speed up the construction of digital urban infrastructure in Xinglong County and realize the information sharing and sharing of various departments.With the help of the construction project of the geospatial data sharing platform in Xinglong County,on the basis of demand survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of informatization in Xinglong country and the problems existing in the construction of information system.Through a variety of advanced technology,integrating the existing database resources and building the newly needed database,based on the concept of SOA service-oriented architecture,ESB bus technology,J2 EE and Jave technology,and integration of Portal for ArcGIS,a geospatial data sharing platform in Xinglong County is constructed,and based on WebService service interface,integration with the urban management information service system of Xinglong County is realized Through the construction of data sharing platform in Xinglong County,geographic information data a map service is implemented to solve the problems of repeated collection and transmission of information between departments effectively,which improves the standardization of information and services and the degree of data development and utilization,and provides a foundation for users to search,evaluate,download and use spatial data.Figure35;Table18;Reference48...
