As we all know, if we want to realize the real sharing of spatial data, we must solve the bottle-neck problem of multi-source and heterogeneous spatial data integration .In addition, there is another key factor such as Geo-data quality which can influence the realization of Geo-data sharing. As a result, the research of Geo-data sharing has something to do with the quality of spatial data. So we must ensure the quality of Geo-data before we integrate them. This paper designs constraint-based advanced feature model which has been designed around a modern, open database architecture that maintains feature relationships, behaviors, and validation rules in order to better represent real world systems. That is to say, the constraint-based advanced feature model should provide built-in intelligence about the connectivity in the network, including associations between any two features, the number of associations allowed per feature, any required attribute or geometric constraints, and feature operations. So we can check and control the quality of Geo-data by adding constraints on real application relationship and topology. Then, select Geodatabase that can support relationships, behaviors and validation rules to demonstrate how the constraint-based AFM check and control the Geo-data quality. In order to solve the problems of the expression of AFM and the integration and sharing of the quality-perfect Geo-data, this paper gives the application schemas of the basic geometry, attribute domain, relationship and topology at first. Once we give the GML application schema of constraint-based AFM, can we translate original historical Geo-data into GML file by programming language as JAVA. Because of the extensibility and ability of integration of GML, we realize the integration and sharing of Geo-data after we get the GML file of heterogeneous historical Geo-data.
