In this article, through analyzing the research status of sampling equipment, on the basis of the existing hydrothermal sampling equipment has devised a new hydrothermal sampler.The sampler sampling valve can also connect six sampling bottle, can get six samples at a time, to improve the sampling efficiency.This sampler can work under the condition of high temperature and high pressure,It can withstand strong corrosion.Its structure is simple, have air pressure maintaining function.According to the requirement of the working conditions,Its main components were the size calculation, structure design and strength check, at the same time using 2 d and 3 d drawing software rendering the structure.This paper analyzes the influence factors of the sampler design, then determined the technical scheme and through the finite element analysis software for its structure are analyzed.Then use Fluent software fanalysis hydrothermal temperature variation in the sampling tube.And kown the variation of the hydrothermal temperature and sampling speed and sampling pipe size..Using Ansys Workbench software to analyze the valve core and valve seat sealing, the valve core half cone Angle is obtained on the influence law of sealing performance.The first-order linear buckling analysis was carried out on the valve core and kown valve core first-order buckling strength. Cavity of hot fluid into the sampling moment of impact piston is analyzed, the analysis shows that the strength of the piston to meet requirements and the impact piston vibration does not affect the o-rings seal performance.
