In this thesis,according to the C~2WH model in DEA,the preference restrain cone is introduced into the Sam-Evad model based on some sample units and the PSam-C~2WH model based on C~2WH model is given.At the same time,we provide the definitions of SCDEA efficiency and weak SCDEA efficiency, and then a comparison between the PSam-C~2WH model with other sample data evaluation models is made.In addition,this paper mainly focuses on the relationship between SCDEA efficiency and weak SCDEA efficiency of PSam-C~2WH model and pareto effective solution of the corresponding multiobjective programming.Because the cones we considered in the PSam-C~2WH model are only usual closed convex cones and the way of constructing cones is not provided, there exist many difficulties to apply the PSam-C~2WH model directly.In terms of the diversity of the thinking of decision-maker,a method to construct the preference restrain cone by means of AHP is given.Consequently,we obtain a sample data envelopment analysis model based on AHP ,and give the definitions of SADEA efficiency and weak SADEA efficiency in this model.We also discuss the relationship between SADEA efficiency and weak SADEA efficiency in PSam-AHP model and pareto effective solution of the corresponding multiobjective programming.Finally,function of AHP preference restrain cone is illustrated by means of actual numerical example.
