This paper apply the mathematical model DEA to estimate the effectiveness for AIDS, and give a method to research chinese ecomomic situation grounding on GDP and consumptions in average. This method gives new way for evaluation to the applications in DEAAIDS is one kind of infectious disease. It has extremely high mortality rate. The pathogenesis principle is very complicated and no medicine or method can cure it completely at present. But we can prevent it. Many kind of mathematical model can estimate the treatment results. Considering the multi-inputs and multi-outputs, data envelopment model is much more properly. In this article, we prepare two steps to assessment the medicine for curing AIDS. First, we appraise the validity of the medicine on the AIDS virus. For the existence of non- expectation output (AIDS viral quantity), FDEA model that has non- expectation output decision units can be chosen to analysis and appraisal. Second, on the base of the first step, we appraise the effect of the medicine on the different stage. Log type of DEA model will be better since the large separate degree of the data.Applying two approaches-data envelopment analysis(DEA) and principal component analysis(PCA) to establish the model for evaluating Chinese economics, and provide a method for predicting the unknown situation. This method has been applied in economic data from《statistic yearbook in china》.
