Research And Practice Of Digital Real Estate System

Digital Real Estate System(DRES) is the new period of Real Estate Information Construction. By contrast with Real Estate Management Information System, integration of data, technologies and applications is the key of DRES. Supported by JiLin DRES, characteristics of Real Estate management in China has been analyzed and several periods of Real Estate Information Construction has been pointed out. The definitioin and essence of DRES have been studied systematically. Especially,data model,integration of Real Estate Surveying in DRES and Application Integrated Frame(AIF) have been focused.Based on the analysis of the object-oriented relationship of entities in DRES, Object-oriented Data Model of DRES has been built.Serval periods of Real Estate Surveying development has been analyzed, further necessity,essence and key technologies of Integrated Real Estate Surveying have been pointed out. To reach the goal, GIS-based technologies has been studied. All studies of Integrated Real Estate Surveying in the paper are very important to solve spatial data collection and update. To some extent, the studies are innovative of theory and technology.Extensibility, convenience and Graphic-attributes integration are necessary to DRES onstruction.To do this,supported by Compoent-based Development, Workflow, MIS, OA and Component GIS, an Application Integrated Framework called Graphic-attribtues Integrated Application Integrated Framework Driven by Workflow has been studied innovatively. This framework can also be used for other GIS projects.
