More and more attention is paid to the influence of non-intelligence factors for the person's comprehensive abilities, and how to develop and optimize the students' non-intelligence factors becomes a problem to be solved in maths teaching.Through the survey and analysis of the study movivation, interest, emotion and will of the students who major in computer application, economy and trade management, the author finds that non-intelligence factors have great influence on the students' maths result. Counter this condition, the author have put farward some methods to optimize these non-intelligence factors: self-encouraging through objectives method, giving feedback in time method, heightening students'self-efficacy feeling method, success and failure attribution training method, to stimulate students'emotion of studing maths through these methods. Affecting students'mood method, creating situation method, communicating feeling with students method, to deepen students'feeling of studing maths through these methods. Stimulating interest in use of audio-visual method stimulating interest in use of knowledge method, stimulating interest in use of doubt method, stimulating interest in use of feeling method, stimulating interest in use of interest method. Strenghtening will in use of knowledge method, strenghtening will in use of feeling method, creating difficulty to strenghten will method. Finally, the author proves it by making the experimental research in teaching and also finds it practicable to carry on the training of non-intelligence factors. Optimizing the students' non-intelligence factors is the effective way to improve the students' maths result and develop their comprehensive abilities.
