Study On The Property Of The Calcareous Concretion Soil In Huaibei PlaIn AnHui Province

This article gives a detailed research on the Property of the formation, distributing and foundation bearing capacity of the calcareous concretion soil in HuaiBei Plain, Anhui province. it also give some analysis of the change regularity of the soil characteristics. After consulting mass of data: the author had drawn the distributing map of the calcareous concretion soil in this area. The author had collected plenty of engineering data, such as the soil test data and the load test data, drawn the typical stratum section map of this area separately through the analysis and the coordinate to the data, and got the embeded situation of the calcareous concretion soil in the east-west direction and the south-north direction in this area. The author ,based on the data of the load test and the cone penetration test, analysed the foundation bearing capacity property in each zone in this area. With the method of linear and unlinear regression, the author discussed the relationship between the foundation bearing capacity property and the cone penetration test, and established the regression formula. According to the regression formula, the table about the foundation bearing capacity of the calcareous concretion soil was finished, which could be applied to inspection of the foundation bearing capacity of the calcareous concretion soil in this area. besides, the author also do some research on the harm of the calcareous concretion soil, then gave some advices to solve the problem.
