On The Research Of Training Target And Training Standard For Physics

Integrating with the new challenges and threads in higher education confronted by physics specialty and the discipline characteristic of physics, this paper wield the theory of axiology and educational objectives to analyze and determine the training target of physics in teacher training institutes. The paper regards that the characteristics of physics and teacher education are very important for physics specialty and the main training target of physics in general teacher training institutes is physics teacher in high school. The paper wields the theory of teacher professionalization to analyze the diathesis structure of physics teacher under new situation and put forward the new training standard of physics in general teacher training institutes. Research has been done on 136 physics teachers of high schools about diathesis structure and perspectives by questionnaire. The analysis shows that there are some disparities between the training standard of physics and the requirement of high school. So we should adjust the training standard.There are six parts concerning this paper. Part I discusses the question, the background and the significance of the study. Part II is theoretical research on the training target and training standard of physics specialty. PartIII analyzes the new situation in higher education confronted by physics specialty. A new diathesis structure of physics teacher is researched in PartIV on the basis of teacher professionalization theory. Part V is a research on 136 physics teachers of high schools about diathesis structure and perspectives by questionnaire. PartVI put forward the new target and standard of physics in general teacher training institutes.
