Manufacturers have to seek to new manufacturing patterns because of the fierce market competition and diversification, personalization of the customers'needs.The concept of manufacturing alliance come out. Now the studies of the virtual organization and holonic manufacturing are a hot field and the studies of the two patterns have great meaning. Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance was proposed which is a innovative trying.That has significant theory value to the study of the combination of the virtual organization and holonic manufacturing and to the manufacturing model of cooperation.The summery of the main woeks is as follows:The thesis analyses the meaning,characteristics of the virtual organization and holonic manufacturing deeply. On the basis of sumarises of knowledge representation, Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance was proposed which related theory was discussed. Triangular fuzzy theory, decision theory,game theory and assortativity coefficient were applied to resolve the problems: the optimize Construction of construction of Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance, behavior description of alliance cooperation, the evolution description of dynamic optimization. Model alliance was constructed and evolution of dynamic optimization was described by the application of the example.The thesis's main conclusion and contribution are as follows:(1) The concept of Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance was proposed by the deeply analysis and study of the virtual organization and holonic manufacturing. The thesis described the related theorise of the , included the definition of the holon-virtual body's characteristics,;the definition and the classification of the holon-virtual units, holon-virtual atoms, dependent and independent holon-virtual body; the frame models and topology model of the Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance.(2) The thesis built the frame of the holon-virtual body on the study of the function and behavior of the holons in the holon manufacturing. It described the function and behavior of the holon-virtual atoms, holon-virtual combinations and described the process of the holon-virtual body by UML.(3) Rough optimization about the partners was got by applying the Ranking Method of Triangular Fuzzy Relative Position Estimation, then the simple static alliance network was got.The algorithm of the shortest path based on the the smallest two-branches tree was got by applying C language, the optimal static alliance network was got.(4) The thesis discussed the nash equilibrium of coorperation based on the knowledge of ganme theory and got the conclusions:income is proportional to input and contribution coefficient,while it is inversely proportional to cost; distribution coefficient is proportional to input and contribution coefficient. Cooperation again on condition that I E1≥Ri。The thesis described the relationships beween different nodes at different time to described the dynamic optimal process of the evolution by applying the assortativity coefficient,clustering coefficient,etc. Those Showed: the Cooperation between the strong manufacturers is stable while the Cooperation between the strong manufacturers is unstable.Then we got that inferior manufacturers tend to get the coorperation relationships with the strong manufacturers,and the network will formate the optimal evolution process of strong-strong cooperation relationships.(5) The thesis built the static optimal model of the Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance by empirical caculation. Thesis made the static network dynamic change and to caculate the assortativity coefficient,clustering coefficient,etc.Then it discussed the dynamic optimal envolution.The innovative piont of this thesis is that The Holon-Virtual- Manufacturing alliance was proposed and the related theory was described.The thesis brought forward a new method of how to built the model of alliance frame.Game theory and assortativity coefficient were applied to describe the behavior in the alliance coorperation and dynamic optimal envolution of the alliance.The studies will make a foreshadowing for the studies of the conbination of virtual organization ang holon manufacturing, the manufacturing model of cooperation.It has a certain value of the research.
