The Research Of Geographic Grid Applied In City Management Information System

With the rapid development of modern cities, the traditional means and methods of urban management has been unable to meet the requirements of modern urban management, It become a Common question of every country, every town that the City management and service are lags behind. Backward city management model has become an important question which constraints modern city' development, currently our country is building a harmonious society, innovative city management model and construct city management system are urgent.Grid city management is a new method to solve this problem, it is using geographic grid encoding technology, network map technology, modern communications technology, to make the different street, community are divided into a number of geo-grids ,then make it's components and cases digital ,At the same time, docking components, case management and geographic grid unit to form a multidimensional information system, once problems are found, can be transmitted in a timely manner to the command platform, to inform the corresponding limit functions to solve problems, achieve the management of city space and time seamless management.Based on the analysis of the geographic grid used in city management system on the status quo, focusing on geographical grid classifies and Coding and city management platform construction studied. This paper first introduced the geographic grid city management research, different methods of Trellis Coded technology, gave its coding structure; then make the city grid management platform design, gave a systematic construction technical line, write a specific describes of the working principle and methods of the various components. Finally, take the Fire grid system of ChangSha as an example to demonstrate the work have done in this paper.
