In 2006, the notice of the State Council issued, which mean the starting of the second national land survey. Carrying out Rural land survey to identify various using types of lands in the rural areas is an important task of the second national land survey. There are large areas of mountain in our country. Minor difference of Coefficient of Raised Path through Fields (CRPF) have great influence in calculating the total land area of arable land. So scientific, objective and accurate estimates of CRPF is very important for the accuracy of land survey data. The CRPF got in the first national land survey is no longer able to meet the current needs of the actual work. So we need to re-calculate the CRPF by unified rules.CRPF can be interpreted as a percentage of Non-farming Clod in arable land. After deducting CRPF, arable land area can be relatively accurately the actual area of arable land. Methods of CRPF deduction are normally only used in the survey area is not less than 1:2000 scale . For large-scale regional survey area, actual measurement method should be used. There have many factors of impacting the CRPF, of which the slope with CRPF especially close relationship between the two clearly are related. Theoretically, as long as the analysis of different types of land the relationship between the CRPF and slope gradient can be obtained through the corresponding CRPF types of arable land. With remote sensing technology , digital photogrammetry technology, GIS technology and the development of computer software and hardware, Through the analysis of digital elevation model (DEM)to obtain directly arable land slope has become the most important technical means. In this paper, research based on in the relationship between the existing CRPF and slope, through obtained the DEM data and land-use map data, combined with computer technology and MapGIS and ArcGIS software, the use of GIS spatial and attribute query, analysis, processing methods, calculation of the slope rating of arable land, For calculation CRPF of slope to provide theoretical and methodological support, and achieved very good results...
