The Study On Compiling The Planning Outline For Urban Biodiversity Conservation

Biodiversity is the summary of many kinds of living resources which human beings depend on in our existence and development, protecting and sustainable using biodiversity is the common task of all our human beings in the day when we should have to face a serious ecological problem, and doing this has an important effect on human survival and socio-economic sustainable development. With the accelerated process of global urbanization, urban biodiversity conservation becomes an important part of the global biodiversity conservation, working out protective plans for urban biodiversity and protecting biodiversity receive more and more recognition and concern, many foreign cities have carried out the work of urban biodiversity conservation.Under the background of advocating for biodiversity conservation in a global scope, China's protection work in this field has made much progress after several decades: The national policy system about the protection of biodiversity has gradually got perfect. The protection of this part in scientific and academic field has been attached more and more importance. Many cities have been compiled urban biodiversity(plant diversity) protective plans , also many cities are preparing for working out protective plans. But because of lacking national planning outline to guide the compilation of biodiversity protective plans, there are many problems in the work of compiling protective plans.In this thesis, the subject is compiling the planning outline for urban biodiversity conservation, according to the practical problems that exist in compiling protective plans in our country. As definited the specific research objectives and contents, and based on understanding the concepts of biodiversity, the paper firstly researched the current situation concerning designing of urban biodiversity protective plans in domestic and aboard, in order to knowing the advanced theories and methods and providing theoretical basis for this research; At the same time , the paper made a full-scale study on the international law of biodiversity as well as the policy system of biodiversity protection in China, giving policy basis to designing of urban biodiversity protective plans; On the basis of these theories, collected texts of biodiversity protective plans in various regions of our country, and selected ten representative projects according to the different natural and geographical situations, then the paper spreaded up the study from the structures and contents of these ten projects, summarized the current situation concerning compiling biodiversity protective plans in various of China as well as problems in this process, providing realistic basis to the process of designing.Based on the contents of preliminary studies and the author's own experience in designing plans, this paper started the research on the concents of compiling urban biodiversity protective plans, analysised the contents including in protective plans as well as there related legal basises, looked for the framework and content system of urban biodiversity protective planning which are suitable for China's national conditions, then on these basises the research results were given: urban biodiversity protective plans,urban plant diversity protective plans and city plant diversity protective plans. The planning outline plays an active role in standardizing and uniting biodiversity protective planning in China, and suggestions are given in order to provide readers with more convincing theoretical basises and acting guidance for biodiversity protection, all of the results must be ensure the successful implantation of this field.
