The chief results are showed as follows:1 Traditional natural rubber processing existed the great flows that can not utilize efficiently non-latex properties in the rubber, this led to total solids, BODs, CODcr and ammonia too high, and then contaminated local ecological environment.2 EM bacterial suspension cultured by traditional culture method was applied in latex serum gelatin experiment in centrifugal condensed processing latex. EMR, which be formed by mixing between simply activated, cultured EM and original latex, are applied to gel latex without interrupt. The two above were proved good and even can replace the original gel-acid processing.3 By monitoring and examining, raw latex quality can meet the criterion of the member five raw latex, but nitrogen from the fourth and fifth lot number using 5% EM bacterial suspension from the third lot number using 1% EM bacterial suspension can not.
