Research On The Cleaner Production Mode Implement In Organic Synthesis Plant Of JiLin Petrochemical Company

The implementation of cleaner production is the inevitable choice for the enterprise. At present, technology and environmental protection facilities for many plants which have run for twenty or thirty years relatively fall behind with high energy and material consumption. So only through cleaner production activities, these plants can achieve security, stability, long cycle running and green operation to achieve "the magical effect of the old tree buds".Combined with the practical cleaner production implement for eight year in the organic synthesis plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company and the analysis of several chemical production plant cleaner production cases, the author summarized the cleaner production situation and the work in every audit process. Then the effective method and practical experience were put forward and the management mode suitable for refining device was established preliminarily. At the same time, the related data colleting through calibration and actual operation monitoring showed an objective and effective evaluation to the implementation of cleaner production with good economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit. Finally the necessity and significance of the implementation cleaner production were verified.
