| This paper has chosen six factories of mechanized shaft kiln as the studying objects,and has chosen a new dry-process rotary kiln and a wet rotary kiln to consult. By means of the laboratory tests and the producing practice,it is found that the mechanized shaft kiln can produce high quality cement production as same as the dry-process rotary kiln and the wet rotary kiln using the reasonable raw meal blending scheme and calcinations situation,the improvement of grinding and the suitable -technological management measure. The major factor which influences the production process of the mechanized shaft kiln has been investigated and the synthetic technology measures to product high quality cement is put forward.(1) Each kind of raw materials and the fuel metropolis can influence the quality of cement,especially the clinker' s quality. It is more important to select the raw material and fuel for the mechanized shaft kiln cement plant. The whole production process must keep " even and balance ",and the pre-homogenizing of the fuel is the key to the process. According to the characteristics of the mechanized shaft kiln,the request for raw material and fuel of taking,storing,homogenizing and using has been put forward in the paper.(2) According to the characteristic and the production technology of shaft kiln,the best scheme of raw meal blending has been determined,which is KH=0. 94-0. 98,n=l. 8-2. 2,p=1.3-1.5. Do not seek "high KH,high N and high P" blindly.(3) The influence on the operation of the mechanized shaft kiln is different from other kilns,and the man-made factor is the main factor. We should emphasize on "basing on human " and obey the threecontinuous processes-material of feeding and upload,whole windoperation.(4) The ways to strengthen the cement grinding,to reduce the fineness,to increase the specific area,to change the shape of the cement granularity are used to improve the quality of the product,which can suit the ISO cement standards and produce the P-II grade cement stably.
