This paper briefly introduces work principle, primary characteristic index and several kinds of driving circuits of stepping motor. Accordingly, the paper puts forward a kind of practical method of divided driving of stepping motor. That is, it is cutting wave constant current to drive stepping motor based on single chipped microcomputer dealing with divided current. In this paper it solves the problem that often occurs divided driving that current declines too slow at divided current declining to realize well divided current. It deals preferably with interpolation output based on divided circuit. So, it ameliorates some characteristics of stepping motor, and improves interpolation precision. In this paper program is designed by MSCOMM to explain work principle of communication between person computer and single microcomputer for processing files designed by CAD, then it is processing component parts. As a result, the study of this task has practical meaning to a certainty.In this paper, hardware design of system, simulation debug, software composition as well as experiment result are introduced in detail. Meanwhile, complete schematic diagram and program lists are given.Through the experiment of sampling machine, it is satisfied expecting design requirement which introduces divided driving and controlling interpolation output methods of stepping motor in this paper divided driving and controlling interpolation output methods of stepping motor in this paper, and it has broad prospect of generalization and application.
