There is a higher level of control technology on high-quality striprolling on abroad. Because of behind of equip technology, there is a biggergap between developed country and our country. While it has had a lot ofachievements in this field, there are many questions requiring answer inpractical appliance. This article's background is 1270mm strip rollingtechnology reform of HengTong precision sheet metal company at TangShan.Hydraulic automatic gauge control system was studied in this article. Based on original design thought, HAGC system's collectivity designscheme is put forward. Author collected local true measure data and designthe monitor system of upper computer, study serial communication andvisual form about monitor system. The author compiled the softwareprogram of system using Visual Basic language, and finished system'sinstallation and locale debug. The visual monitor forms of system improvedautomatic level of the cold rolling mill. There are fewer successful examples in roll eccentricity researchdomain, which is in the preliminary stage in china. With the increaserequest to strip quality, influence which the eccentricity affect instrip quality has no longer been neglect and become the hotspotproblem in study of modern strip rolling. In this paper the authoranalyze the effect principle which roll eccentricity on strip gauge.According to the compensation arithmetic, carefully research sometechnical question, and gain the relationship between position looptime constant and compensation signal phase. Then it brings upeccentricity compensation control scheme with 1270mm cold rollingmill which apply neural network. Last the author simulates with thescheme and testified its feasibility.
