The titanium alloy has many fine performances such as low density ,high specific strength ,high temperature resistance and high wear etc.The titanium alloy is the best materials for mechanical equipment reducing it's weight and improving the comprehensive performance. Because now exiting problem about the impacting sheet,Combining warm deformation has become the development trend for a production technology for titanium alloy products at domestic and abroad, therefore, the paper make some studies about The Study on Titanium Alloy ZTC4 impacting sheet warm deformation technology.First, through isothermal compression experiment, we make a systematic study for the warm forming speciality of titanium alloy ZTC4 material (Ti-6Al-4V ), and analyze emphatically deformation rate, deformation temperature ,and deformation extent affecting deformation resistance, microscopic structure, and mechanics performance of material. So, we know that plasticity deformation can change βorganization in titanium alloy ZTC4 obviously , refinement crystal grain , strength reducing with rise of temperature and reducing of speed rate. Base on above, adopting regression method and computer processing data, attain the deformation resistance mathematics model, thus offer basis for choice of isothermal extrusion forming technology parameter and computer simulation.Because of the characteristic of shape complexity, precision height, and difficulty deformation for impacting sheet, we use numerical simulation method of finite element, design the form of the blank, and discuss emphatically rate of strain, deformation temperature, deformation extent , and effective strain, stress, and temperature field due to friction deforming. That is to say, combing above establish Reflects the material resistance to deformation and the math model of parameter into MARC Autoforge, we look forming procession of isothermal compression as a objection, and study the affection in forming procession of parameter, and supply a theory and technology embrace for optimize isothermal deformation processing of impacting sheet. Because titanium alloy's caking tendency give a difficulty for extrusion, to pretend causing the felt and deduce friction in the forming procession, we need correctly choose distortion thermal energy standard, drop forging semi-finished materials member, and effective lubricant. Adopting experimental provision by oneself, contrasting three lubricants' heat insulation affection, We research and develop notably insulation heat and lubrication technology. We find the protection lubrication coating by glass , graphite and alumna pharmaceutical for titanium alloy plastic deformation. This make a important role for decreasing forming temperature and improve mold life.Base above research works, we simulate physically the isothermal extrusion of impacting sheet. According to forming result ,designing semi-finished materials shape and mold structure is reasonable and feasible , the metal flows evenly, fills the effect to be good, and high precision and good smooth finish on the surface of formed extrusion.
