The Research On The Management System Of Environmental Protection During The Highway Construction

It is studied in a deepgoing way,which is on the environmental management of highway project during its construction. In addition ,several new conceptions and ideas are put forward, which can improve the EMS (Environmental Management System )of the highway projection.First of all, the investigation is carried out about the environmental hazard related to the highway construction,which makes a conclusion that the EMS of the highway construction is extremely important ,whatever is for now or future .Also, a seriously study is brought forward about the achievements of Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Australia and China during highway environmental protection.Then, a deep analysis is made to assessed the highway environmental management, which obtains the fact that it is quite necessary to develop the conception "the whole course environmental management during highway construction".Moreover , some new ideas of author are described ,which defined the role of contractor and entrepreneur during the construction .The supervision is also one of important content in the highway environmental protection ,so some feasible methods are given .Also ,the creative ways are offered to enhance the environmental management during the highway construction in the market economy systems .Furthermore , several effective measures are worked out, which can guarantee"the whole course environmental management during highway construction"to put into effect,including the legal system, the supervision of government,and especially the public participation.Besides ,the EIMS (Environmental Information Management System) is touched upon.Finally,the conclusions are made to establish the environmental management systems during highway construction,and some questions need to study further are advanced.
