Nowadays, environmental conservation economy industry is becoming a new economic increasing point in industry economics. the development of environmental conservation industry has been supported by the government in developed countries, and it has become the genuine mainstay industry. Environmental conservation industry, however, is still at an early stage in China, including Chongqing.Chongqing is one of the six old industrial bases in China and the environmental conservation industry has such a great potential market that it owns advantaged dominance to develop. Environmental conservation industry has an obvious propulsive effect to the other industries, because the proportion of the production value of environmental conservation industry in GNP(Gross National Product)is increasing.
