The influence to the dust removing character after installing the wet FGD typical process—limestone-gypsum FGD,dry FGD typical process—Limestone Injection into the Furnace and Activation of Calcium (LIFAC),semi-dry FGD typical process—Spray Dry Absorption(SDA) in power plant were carried out. The dust-removing model of counter-current spray tower was built and obtained the main factors of influence the dust-removing efficiency through lots of calculations. There also calculated the dust-removing efficiency of counter-current spray tower. The model of flue gas and concentration of fly ash in ESP entrance after installing the LIFAC was built. At the last, the change of ESP character was analysised after installing the SDA system in power plant. These offer certain experience for the operation of FGD system and ESP in power plant.
