Press NC technique for based on servo motor direct drive, which has evolved from 1990's on, is high technology. It is on the leading edge of advanced manufacturing .The research and development of this technique is important to improve the composite performance of homemade equipment and break up the foreign monopoly on this technique.Deeply researching some key technologies of press brake technique for based on servo motor directly driving, this paper embodies the issue based on transducer control. And in detail introduces how to design visual software of Virtual console with VC++6.0 and implements NT DDK to plan substrate device driver. The main contents and achievements of the research are as follows:Analyzing the domestic and international development of the press brake control technology and compareing the virtue and flaw of the universal press NC system, the thesis introduces Press brake control system for based on servo motor directly driving, including its software and hardware. The structure, function and special features of the system are introduced in detail. The method of software planning for it is also discussed. Moreover, some details of control and driver for designing the system are given also.Based on the asynchronism motor transvector control principle, this paper designs the kernel control device driver under Windows NT. Based on the machining principle of electric press NC System , this paper introduces the principal and subordinate synchronization control scheme of followed principal axis in allusion to the synchronization control demand of principal axis machining . And on designing the interface, there are some universal controls are developed to make a Virtual Console (VC) interface with MFC. This paper introduces the standard of serial communication interface and principle of serial communication. The methods of serial communication design in Win32 and WDM are given. Real-time watch and controland dynamic display were reached implemented. This paper is pioneer in the study on the electric press brake NC System and it is significant to advance the performance of such presses.
