The development of efficiency of weave mainly base on the weave ability of yarns. Furthermore, the key process for developing the yarns' weave ability is sizing, for it can make filo-plume lodge.The most important index which show the quality of sizing is size loading, which fluctuates momentarily, for it is affected by many factors. We need test and control it frequently to make it steadiness. As we could calculate it through the moisture regain of yarn that is just out of the sizing case, we could control it through the moisture regain as well.The other inspect index is the moisture regain of the sized yarn which has been dyed; the regain is also the basis of the moisture regain of sized yarn auto-controlling system.The main content of object is:(1) Analyses the electronic characteristic and moisture absorption characteristic of various size and fibers. Analyses the electronic and moisture absorption characteristic of sized yarns, and build the testing model. Build and modify moisture regain testing model, after research the relationship between single and the moisture regain.(2) Analyses related microwave components, and build hardware system of the testing system.(3) Design and write the software of the system by Lab VIEW.(4) Check the whole system, and analyses the data.The research achieve the goal through theory research and practical testing:We could say the modified model is efficient, the method through which we test the moisture regain is efficient as well, by compare with the data through drying. The data of two method has no obviousdifference. The building of test model solve the problem of translation from single to moisture regain, which is the basis of the whole system.The data is not affected obviously by sizing instruction, but is affected by the consistency of different yarns. The model should be modified depend on the different consistency.The program written by Lab VIEW has powerful functions, is more flexible, for it can be modified coefficient and sampling frequency at any time, which develop the accuracy and save the cost of hardware, can analyses the data momentarily, transfer the data by LAN as well.The testing system is quite efficient by checking, the data is reasonable through analysis.In a word, the testing system can be used expediently, has high accuracy and flexibility, can meet the requirement of the testing.The model of fiber with high electricity constant (close to the electricity constant of water) has not been researched, for the limit of time and experiments condition. The model is limited by it, so there are more objects to be researched.
