Co-extrusion is one of the common technologies in the molding of plastics. The special properties that single material cannot provide can be obtained by co-extrusion. Many products are manufactured by co-extrusion, for example, film, sheet, pipe, and hollow container etc. The application extends all over industry, agriculture, traffic, architecture, furniture and daily life.Co-extrusion is a complicated process and can be influenced by many factors. Scholars' researches to this technology at home and overseas focus on the stability of the interface because it decides directly the uniformity of the thickness of every layer and the properties of the final product.
