In the process of the quality evaluation and auto classify the egg, remaining a steady and accurate translate velocity is one of important part in auto test and classify system. Now, changing the ratio of velocity by hand is the main method which applied in the test and classify the egg quality, as this method is deficient in the long test cycle and bad real-time, so it is far beyond the need of the quality evaluation and auto classify system, Thus, it is a significance work to realize monitoring the velocity based on computer.In this paper, design a fuzzy controller and applied to the induction motor speed-frequency governing system. First, the computer collects the data of speed signal from data acquisition card according to sampling frequency. Then obtain output value uses the fuzzy arithmetic to the speed signal. Lastly, the computer send the output value to inverter so it can control the speed of the motor according to demand of customer.The system is composed of hardware and software. The hardware includes computer, double communication cable, RS232/RS485 conversion, inverter, sensor, pulse shaping circuit, PCL-818 data acquisition card and exterior execute machine etc.The soft part includes tow aspects. Firstly, MATLAB and its simulated toolboxes give us abundant tools for control system CAD design and dynamic data simulation. Obtain the optimize control parameters by again and again tests. Secondly, use VC to program the industry control software to monitor the transfer speed. The program is made up of five models: main program model, control model, data show & save model, and alarm model. The main program model response for establishing & showing the user's interface, initializing various equipments and collecting the signals; control model executes the control process according to the control frequency, it adopt fuzzy control to monitor the test system; data showing and saving model is to save the data in database on line, its easy to search and analyze, and also the user can show the data on line in table and graph forms. The alarm model gives the alarm signal in abnormal condition, it can auto stop the system when serious fault happened, and remind the workers to repair it.Tests in practice shows that this system can detect and control the asynchronous motor's velocity in Real-time, the parameter's detect accuracy is ±1 pulses; the controller designs right, which characterizes in little overshoot, short response time, reduces the vibrate possibility, restrain disturbance, improves the system stability.
