Develop On The Intelligent Speech Warning Card In Computer Control Welding Process

Welding technics is a complicated process that has many variable parameters that change rapidly, and the location interfering is intense. The stability of welding robot working in the welding scene will fall under the influence inevitably. The traditional method of information cue in the computer welding process is always using simple voice and light. Thus, learning and remembering how to run the system results in the decline of the welding productivity. As a result, the speech warning card can scout and control effectively the welding process, reinforce the stability of pipe arc welding robot control system, and heighten welding efficiency. Considering intensive noises at the welding locale, the speech warning card which is a son system of the pipe arc welding robot communicate with the father computer by strict anti-jamming technique. Triple verification mode (date amount check, parameter type check and XOR check) is adopted to assure the reliability of communication among multiple computers, which fulfil the welding process control. C language and assembly language, this paper mainly includes that a intelligent controlling software system adapted to the all-position pipe welding arc-robot has been made, that the hardware and software of the speech cell of the welding robot has been set up, and integrated communications system between the father computer and the son computer has been founded. After associated debugging, as shown in the result, the speech warning card can scout the welding process effectively, can increase the stability of welding robot's control system, and can improve welding efficiency.
