The Exploitation And Application Research Of Numerical Control Welding Machine

By researching the working principle and control system of the welding machine, this paper researches and designs the numerical control systems of the single-arm and double-arm numerical control welding machines based on the industrial PC. During the process of research and design, the welding technics is analyzed, and the Object-Oriented-Programming technology and Windows 98 are used. The following is the main content of this paper.(1) Introduces the basic welding technics and methods, analyzes the developing actuality and trend of domestic and foreign numerical control welding and welding automatization technology.(2) According to the technics requirement of the vehicle bridge production, analyzes the working principium and the systems' composing and configuration of STAR-2004H single-arm and double-arm numerical control welding machines.(3) Based on the analysis of the usual control system used by welding machine, the control systems of STAR-2004H single-arm and double-arm numerical control welding machines are researched and designed. The resolvent of the real-time problem about empoldering the numerical control system on Windows 98 is put forward.As a result, STAR-2004H single-arm and double-arm numerical control welding machines not only suffice the technics requirement of vehicle bridge welding production, but also greatly enhance the production efficiency and processing quality.
